it has been inked, but my scanner hates ballpoint, so it doesn't look quite as good as in actuality, but tis still ok...
basically, twas supposed to be an eastern sort of dragon that looked mainly like it was made out of paper...so i wandered around google looking for cool origami eastern dragons and based this design off the one i found that i liked... and that's how this beastie came about... so yeah, enjoy! ballpoint pen! note: he is floating/hovering...not swimming or something crazy of the sort...
